1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the revised terms are published.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturer updates.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept payments through secure payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract between you and Tranquility Dog Salon is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please ensure that delivery details are accurate. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if incorrect information is provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers must notify us of their intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened shampoos, conditioners, or grooming products.
Used grooming equipment.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

10. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to products purchased from our online shop shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

11. Privacy

Customer information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
